So Im a leaky boob kinda girl. As in, when I feed my baby girl, its best I hold a cup under the other boob, so that I can catch all the milk that my rather overactive/multiple let-down(s) were pumping out. However, with the obvious drop in supply that I was going through, it was so low I was no longer even leaking. In fact, my let down wasn’t much to speak of any more. And took forever to even show itself – a lovely frustration for my little nursling who had come to enjoy the sudden gush of milk.
And come pump time, my glorious days of pumping out 200ml in less than 10min were long gone. I was only managing about 40ml in total. (which was even less than what I would collect in that cup from just leaking.) And dont talk about the mastitis-ruined boob, which was then only contributing about 15 of those 40ml.
