So lest you and I are not social media pals, you might not have seen our recent announcement…But, it is with great excitement (and surprise) that we get to share with you that our little family will be growing once more!
Our blockbuster number FOUR is in the making, and will hit theatres January 2019…or December 2018, if my body’s trends are anything to go by 😉
It was extremely thrilling to finally share this exciting news with the world, because – boy- was I brimming over with excitement to just shout it out to the world… (Perhaps also in part, to help explain my extreme lethargy, inability to uphold a sharp, witty conversation or my sudden hermit life…just so that people don’t think I’m usually this brain dead & unsociable) 😉
But beneath the preggy exhaustion has been absolute joy and celebration…in our hearts, in our home, and certainly with each other. We are beside ourselves with happiness, and still cannot believe we are here already!
Number four…wow.
More later…
ps. BIG thanks goes out to Shante Hutton of Roses and Thorns who’s not only an absolute gem of a person, will make you swoon with her English accent and is one flipping talented photographer…but she also made our announcement idea a reality with her top drawer skills. (This looks a 1000 times better than what I would have been able to put together!) 🙂
Hearty congrats to such a fertile couple!
I love your website. AND Cannes?? Nogal!!! Hope we get to see it in January.
Book next?
I’m not an orange person, but your colour choice works so well.
Did not appreciate that this was such a hyphenated family. Love it too. Methinks it’s better than hyphenated surnames. I always say what if Abdurahman-Jakoet marries Macdonald-Abrahams? Now that would be some surname. What about a generation or two later? I like the Arab style where Salim Abdul Samir Al Wahab is Salim, sonn of Abdul, son of Samir and then the family name. There are people who can rattle off several more first names which relate to their family tree. Sadly, this only applies to the paternal line so that Fatima Salim Abdul Samir Al Wahab will be Salim’s daughter’s name.
I digress. Natasje and Sohrab will snigger.
Did you copy and paste the dog? How did you manage to have him right there. One small criticism – I think we should see his whole chin if it’s poss.
Also, small issue. In your “Contact me”, your addresses are not active buttons. Do they just need to be underlined?
So. Your new digital home is superb.
Go well with the fourth pregnancy. Will you overtake your parents? As always, kiss Cynthia from us pleez.
XXXX
Haha..no I’ll let Louis and Cynthia keep their record ? We’ve wanted four, and God has graciously granted us that. So we are very happy!
PS. No dog not copied n pasted. She’s a poser and loves photographs, so she made sure she was in that family shot. I had to unfortunately but her out due to blogs banner constraints.
And yes, self hosted blog site needs some TLC, as everything is a bit more hands. So once I get time this year will tend to all my plugins n bits n pieces. Much love, xxx
Congratulations again hun!!!! So happy for you all!!!!
Thank you so much Tracy! ??
